Christine Navolt

Christine’s experience with sheep goes back over 30 years, as she raised sheep beginning in 4-H.  Her first lamb was in the breeding project, and she bred and raised her own sheep to take and show at the local Santa Barbara County fair through her 4-H years.

Christine has many years of experience in raising cattle and goats for both milk and meat, and is currently raising a small number of dairy sheep on her homestead in Huasna Valley, which supply her family with wool which is used as mulch for the garden, and many products they make from the milk. The sheep also provide wonderful meat!
