Character development isn't just about character "haunts and wants"--backstory and goals. Building strong characters (or shaping your strong narrative voice for memoir writers) is about tapping into attitude and voice, opinions, judgments and perspectives that comprise any unique worldview and set of experiences.
This master class, led by author and editor Jordan Rosenfeld, will dive deep into attitude, tone and voice to help writers plumb the depths of their characters' experiences, from childhood challenges to personal values to shape unique and page turning characters who resonate off every page, and focus on key elements of language, from imagery to syntax.
