Extended Opportunity Programs and Services (EOPS) is about helping you succeed, no matter your challenges. Whether it’s language barriers, financial struggles, or navigating college life, we’re here to support you every step of the way. From academic and personal counseling to financial aid and free school supplies, EOPS has your back. Need help with registration or finding the right resources? EOPS Eligibility:

  • Be a California resident or Dream Act Student
  • Qualify for the California College Promise Grant (CCPG) A or B
  • Be enrolled as full-time (12 units or more) at Cuesta
  • Have completed less than 70 Degree Applicable Units (DAU) from all colleges and universities
  • Be educationally disadvantaged, as determined by the EOPS criteria

Application Process

  • Apply to EOPS through using the button below.
  • All applicants must be currently registered at Cuesta College. If you are not yet a student, visit Admissions/Apply page and complete the Enrollment Steps.
  • Make sure you have submitted all applicable FAFSA, Dream Act, and/or California College Promise Grant (CCPG) forms to receive financial aid. 
  • Please note that all accepted EOPS students must attend an EOPS mandatory orientation.
