How do I start at Cuesta College?

Completing the application for admission is your first step. Applications are accepted year round. There are different steps based on your student type.

What Type of Student Are You?

I've never attended college before

You are a new first-time college student if you:
have never attended college before;
previously enrolled as an Enrichment student but have now received a HS diploma or equivalent (completed GED or CHSPE);
received a diploma/certificate of graduation from a foreign secondary school;
are enrolling in continuing education (non-credit) courses.

I'm new to Cuesta College, but have attended other colleges

I have attended Cuesta College before and want to re-enroll

You are a Returning Student if you have been absent (sat out) a primary fall or spring term.
You are a Returning Student if you were absent two or more primary terms (one year); you will need to reapply.

I'm a high school student who wants to enroll in Cuesta College while I attend high school (ie. dual enrollment).
